• Delivery of products will take at least 48 hours and 72 hours depending on stock availability
• Cancellation of the product must be reported within 12 hours of purchase confirmation.
• Jumbo Foam takes reasonable care to package and deliver its products safely to the customer. If the delivered good is in a damaged condition, the customer must inform the company at the time of delivery and refuse to take the delivery of damaged product.
• Any product that has been tampered with, this will include tears, stains, color fading, bleeding, soils, and burns will not be eligible for returns.
